Week #3
Oops! I am actually a day late in entering my blog. So, that should tell you how my week has gone! I have enjoyed the assignments that we have had in unit one. I truly have a better understanding of the differences between program evaluation and accreditation. This was also my first time writing an annotated bibliography or maybe I have done one in the past but didn't know that it was called that :) The discussions have been very enlightening. The information shared has been so useful to me!

It does feel like we have accomplished something. I was watching a sitcom and the guy was complaining to his friend. Well guess what his friend said put it on your blog! And I got the joke! Pretty good for a girl who did not know what a blog was last month.
Dido. Kim, we not only share the same name but the same evaluation group. I am excited about how this process will unfold. The information that we will obtain will be useful, especially if we teach at a University. Well, good luck with the remainder of this week and the semester,

Clara, I can relate to your experience. I thought blogging is something bored kids are doing on their cellphone; never thought I would have to learn and apply this technology myself.

Today, I forced my 17 year old to look at my blog....thinking he would be impressed. I think he was more impressed with my pasta con penne.
I think we are all late in some shape, form or fashion. The good thing about these online courses ( I think and to an extent) is that we receive a sense of "leniency" because it's understood there are other factors at play since we are the "nontraditional student" population.
The discussions are enlightening and it does promote a sense of togehterness. It makes for a more cohesive group.
